2026 Transforming Through T-Groups® (TTTG)

Description

TTTG is an intense, challenging, advanced level Train-the-Trainer program required of any NTL member who wants to qualify to staff NTL’s signature HI Labs. While only NTL members can staff our Human Interaction® Labs, we welcome non-NTL members who wish to improve their facilitation skills for a wide-range of applications.

Key Competencies Developed:

→ Facilitating T-Groups®
→ Managing diversity and inclusion dynamics
→ Designing, presenting, and facilitating experiential learning modules
→ Preventing, recognizing, and responding to distress reactions within the group

→ In-Person Program:

  • November 7-15
    Nine (9) days/eight (8) nights, at the Maritime Conference Center, in Baltimore, MD. The Maritime is also the overnight hotel for participants. Reservations will be made in advance for you.
