Transforming Through T-Groups (TTTG)

Description

TTTG is an intense, challenging, advanced level Train-the-Trainer program required of any NTL member who wants to qualify to staff NTL’s signature HI Labs. While only NTL members can staff our Human Interaction Labs, we welcome non-NTL members who wish to improve their facilitation skills for a wide-range of applications.

Key Competencies Developed:

→ Facilitating T-Groups
→ Managing diversity and inclusion dynamics
→ Designing, presenting, and facilitating experiential learning modules
→ Preventing, recognizing, and responding to distress reactions within the group

Eight (8) sessions, 3 hours each (starting at 9:00 am or 10:00 am Eastern US time):

→ In-Person Program:

Nine (9) days/eight (8) nights,

November 1-9, 2025 at the National Conference Center, near the Washington, DC Metro area.

The program will begin on Saturday afternoon, November 1, and conclude at lunchtime on Sunday, November 9.
