Join NTL members and invited thought leaders for a dynamic, multi-session conference focused on the challenges and opportunities of leading strategic change. Designed for leaders and practitioners across sectors, this event offers practical insights into guiding systems through transformation. The first session will explore key frameworks such as mindsets, worldviews, power dynamics, self-identity, and use-of-self through a facilitated World Café format. The second session features an interactive simulation to deepen experiential learning. The final session will focus on integrating concepts and takeaways into practical application.
