Dr. Gena Yuvette Davis is a renowned Organizational Psychologist, successful entrepreneur, philanthropist, and community advocate. She is the visionary founder and CEO of True Synergy Inc., a people and culture management consulting company specializing in corporate culture change, people operations, and behavioral transformation for progressive and innovative global organizations. True Synergy empowers clients to create more inclusive, collaborative, mindful, and thriving work environments through strategic people and culture initiatives and human capital solutions.

Dr. Gena's commitment to social change and equality is unwavering. She is the founder and board chair of My Serenity Sanctuary, a 501(c)(3) public charitable organization. This self-care ecosystem and wellness community is a beacon of empowerment for Black women and girls, providing a safe space and abundant resources focusing on their Self & Being. The My Serenity Sanctuary team is dedicated to making self-care, wellness, and physical and mental healthcare accessible and inclusive for Black women and girls everywhere through fundraising, programming, support, and interactive community building.

Dr. Gena's journey of learning and growth is a testament to her dedication and expertise. A University of Southern California graduate with a BA in Communication Arts & Sciences, she furthered her education with an MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix, and a PsyD in Organization Development from the California School for Professional Psychology (CSPP) at Alliant International University, Fresno. Her thirst for knowledge led her to business certificates of completion from Harvard University's The Science of Wellbeing course and Cornell University's Women's Entrepreneurship Program. She is a board-certified coach (BCC) and received her certification from the Center for Credentialing and Education. Her coaching training and certification from the Certified Coach Federation (CCF) and her certifications in Everything DiSC® and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) further solidify her expertise.

Finally, Dr. Gena is a proud member of several professional, civic, and service-based organizations, including the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), League of Women Voters of Greater Los Angeles and board member of the state of California League,  NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Black Women Scholars & Practitioners Collective (BWSPC). She is also a dedicated member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
