Dr. Pat Bidol-Padva is an international organizational consultant and mediator in the United States of America, Canada, Europe, Middle East and Asia to all sectors who has improved their capacity to:
. Fulfill their missions and satisfy their customers/clients capacity through facilitating the implementation of customized change strategies that aptly responds to external turbulence.
. Increase the effectiveness of Board of Directors to engage in systems thinking, active listening and dialogue that enhances their leadership.
. Effectively respond to complex multi-party and multi-issue disputes at organizational, community and regional levels.
. Enhance the capacity of public and private entities to create partnerships that enrich the quality of life for the total community and especially those who have not been provided past benefits.
Pat has been an NTL member for 53 years. She received her Ph.D from Dr. Ron Lippitt who was one of the founders of NTL. She taught in universities with NTL partnerships such as American University, University of Michigan, Cleveland State University , National College of Education and Nansen University in Japan. She was a Co-Steward of the Organization Development and Leadership Hub and supported the Organization Development Certificate program and other OD labs. She Deaned many Human Interaction labs which was a joy as Ron Lippitt, one of the HI creators, taught her how to facilitate them. She wrote chapters in over six major NTL publications and over seven chapters or books for other publishers.
She received many awards such as the Excellence in Mediation Award by the Florida State University’s Conflict Resolution Consortium, NTL’s Emeritus Member status and Florida’s Chapter of the American Planning Association ‘s Recognition of her Transformative Mediation of the Kissimmee River Master Planning Disputes. (After the mediation, the ranchers and Okechobee City leaders has Pat teach them how to use fishbowls for their deliberations.)
