Sankar (as he likes to be addressed) has 37 years of professional experience in Human Resources Development, Consulting, Organization Development and Applied Behavioral Science. 

During his professional journey, he has had hands-on experience in Organization development, people process implementation, Personal growth, Leadership and team Development, Executive Coaching and Whole System Change interventions. He has designed and facilitated OD interventions for corporate and social sector organizations in India and abroad. The OD consulting work has ranged from facilitating vision, values, strategy, executive team development, culture building and leadership pipeline development. He has consulted with organizations in more than 52 countries.

Currently, Sankar is an International Director on the Board of NTL (www.ntl.org) and Director of ChangeWorks (www.changeworksindia.com), a boutique consulting organization based out of Mumbai, India. He is also a professional member of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science (www.isabs.org).

Sankar has consulted with organizations in India and abroad ranging from corporations, NGOs, Educational Institutions and Government agencies. He has worked with leadership teams in IT, Banking, Engineering, Media and Hospitality Industries.

Sankar has published many papers in the field of OD, AI and personal growth in journals like OD Review, AI Practitioner and some Indian publications. He is the author of the book “If you feel good, you work good – Relationships lead to Results” – a book on leadership challenges in these uncertain times.
