Understand the different types of microaggressions
that are part of every Person of Color’s daily life
experience and increase skill in responding to them.
Develop strategies to navigate our emotional reactions
effectively in cross-race interactions.
Learn about our socialization patterns as White women
Recognize the power and influence that White Women
have, as a group, and how to channel them toward change
for the betterment of our communities and organizations.
NTL’s signature approach features experiential learning,
interactive dialogue, and the application of new learning to
participants’ personal situations
NOTE: As this program is offered virtually, participation does require access to a computer, a stable internet connection, and audio-visual capacity to participate. Program participants will be expected to be onscreen during each session.
