Description
TTTG is an intense, challenging, advanced level Train-the-Trainer program required of any NTL member who wants to qualify to staff NTL’s signature HI Labs. While only NTL members can staff our Human Interaction® Labs, we welcome non-NTL members who wish to improve their facilitation skills for a wide-range of applications.

→ Facilitating T-Groups®
→ Managing diversity and inclusion dynamics
→ Designing, presenting, and facilitating experiential learning modules
→ Preventing, recognizing, and responding to distress reactions within the group

Nine (9) days/eight (8) nights, at the Airlie Conference Center, in Warrenton, VA. (Washington, D.C. area). The Airlie is also the overnight hotel for participants. Reservations will be made in advance for you.
